2017 International Conference on Information, Communication and Engineering (ICICE 2017) will be held in Xiamen, Fujian, P.R. China on November 17–20, 2017, and will provide a unified communication platform for researchers in a wide area of topics from information technology, communication theory &engineering, electrical &electronic engineering, internet &IOT technology, computer science, industrial design, advanced material science& engineering, innovation &creative design, applied mathematics, design theory, management science, cultural &creative research, mechanical &automation engineering, green technology &architecture engineering and other related fields. Professionals from industry, academia and government are encouraged to discourse on research and development, professional practice, business and management in the information, innovation, communication and engineering fields are welcome to participate in the ICICE 2017. This conference enables interdisciplinary collaboration between science and engineering technologists in the academic and industrial fields as well as networking internationally. During the conference, there will be substantial time for presentation and discussion. Attendees will find various activities useful in bringing together a diverse group of engineers and technologists from across disciplines for the generation of new ideas, collaboration potential and business opportunities.

All accepted papers which have been presented at ICICE 2017 will be published in IEEE Xplore® (indexed by EI). Excellent papers selected in ICICE 2017 will be recommended to be published on suitable SCI journals after an additional strictly review process and may need extra publication charge:

2017年IEEE信息、通信和工程国际学术会议 (2017 IEEE International Conference on Information, Communication and Engineering)计划于11月17-20日,在美丽的集美大学举行。该会议是一个主题涉及：信息技术、通信科学与工程、计算机科学、电子与电气工程、及其他相关交叉学科等领域的学术会议，是一个从产业界、学术界到政府部门在技术研发、专业实践、业务管理等方面的技术人员进行信息共享、创新合作、沟通交流的平台。

经过集美大学信息工程学院会议筹备会的努力，在IEEE北京分会、IEEE台南传感器分委会(IEEE TSSC)、厦门市通信学会、福建工程学院等组织和院校的支持下，特别是IEEE北京分会主席的支持，本次会议已经通过IEEE的审核批准，本次IEEE会议的编号为：42350。

所有2017年ICICE接受的论文将发表在IEEE Xplore®(EI索引)。2017年ICICE选定的优秀论文，经过一个额外的严格审查、修改后，将在合适的SCI期刊推荐发表（期刊附后，可能需要支付额外的出版费）。
